Cardio program request

Hi Thanks for reading. What would you recomend for stamina / cardio
Equipoise and Turinabol are thought to increase red blood cell count.
Epo boosts stamina
cardarine, steanbolic ?
Any thoughts. Would any of the above items be good. Is stacking any of them together an option.
Do you have an dietary advise. Are there any foods good for cardio. IE Some foods are high in iron, which is good for the blood
 
Personally, I think the only thing you should do for cardio is, well cardio. Get on a treadmill before you start slamming drugs and hurt yourself. What's the context of wanting better stamina?
