Cardio training 2 times a day !!

How bad can it be to hit cardio 2 times a day on both Saturday and Sunday. Now thinking about muscle loss ?

40-60 min in the morning on empty stomach and 40-60 min in the evening. I have just start doing this and feel great. I hit the gym 5 times a week lifting weights. Bee doing this for only 2 weeks now. Have to step up the game and burn off some belly fat ,)

I use 250mg test and 400mg deca a week now if anyone wants to know. + on 5/2 diet so i have 2 low calorie days also on Sat/Sunday.
 
Some do cardio 3x week. Just know that if decide to go the hard fat Loss way your strength and poundages will fall off some.
