Cardio while on a bulking cycle?

I am currently on a bulking cycle right now and need to lose some BF%. would doing cardio minimize alot of my gains? any help would be appreciated!:)

I hate to break it to you, but a bulking cycle and loss of BF are diametrically opposed. One or the other.

However, doing cardio shouldn't compromise your gains. Just don't expect to get lean while eating like a pig and trying to gain the maximum amount of muscle.

u should do cardio anyways while using steroids to keep the heart septum from growing to much.

2 x a week 30 minutes cardio, 70 % intensity helps.
 
here are my stats and cycle history!!:)

I'm 22 years old, 255,6ft,20-23%BF.

I am currently on a bulking cycle right now! Starting week 4.

week:1-4 ran 50 mg dbol ed
week:1-12-1000 mg test cyp
week:8-12-100mg tren ED

and all the post cycle goods!

I would like to drop about 10%BF if thats possible! I am willing to do whatever it takes to lose that much so if anyone can help I would appreciate it:D

Bro, thats a big cycle for some one so young!!! I hope you've been doing this awhile. Meanwhile, You have got to run some anti-est with that much gear!! Without it your going to bloat like the goodyear blimp. Another danger is high BP, if you know all this already sorry to answer like your a newbie.
That's a perfect cycle for my old ass!

Thanx bro's, I have been doing this for 4 years now. I am not really getting that bloaty just can never lose a certain amount of BF! It really sux!

Before you started your cycle, I would have advised you to get down to a reasonable bodyfat level. Now that youve already started, I would say to switch up your nutrition and work on not being a fatty.
 
Did you check out that thread in the nutrition forum? Send me another PM with all of your specifics and what you wish to achieve, etc. and I'll hit you up with a reply. My memory is slipping in my old age. ;)

gotta go with bob on this one for sure. why go on a bulk cycle when you're so overweight (to much bodyfat)? you would do well to change the nutrition bit of your program for fat-loss, do cardio 5x/week and, imho, cut your aas doses to half of what you're using. at this time you need to focus on dropping fat and preserving lean mass. with diet and 1/2 the aas you're currently, you can do it.
