Cardio

I go with cardio after workout as a good finisher. For me it's the Stairmaster for 20 minutes at level 6...a nice burn all over!

I like this! I've been thinking lately hoe much cardio is too much? Is a 10k in the morning too much? Is 20 miles on my road bike too much? Both take around an hour, but I love looking st my tracking app and seeing 1,600 calories burned before most people have even woken up!

You make me fucking sick, riding a bike for fun. I ride a bike because i cant afford a car and i freaking hate it lol.
 
I ride my bike 5 miles to and from work and 5 miles to and from gym. At first i didnt know what id think of it..now i ride everywhere. Best thing i ever did. Engines were out of both my vehicles..didnt have a choice. Glad it happened. Dont care for the calorie loss aspect..id rather just not eat the pudding cup then run 20 minutes burning it off. I actually eat more to compensate. But the health aspect of it and the mentality is worth it. Most couldnt see me on my bike, including myself. Its a mountain bike.. those road bikes arent for me. Getting into trail riding now.
