Cause of PIP/Swelling?

So I have pinned Test E for 6 weeks in CSO 250mg/ml no issues. Then I switched to a batch of Test P (to shorten time before PCT) that I home brewed myself at 150 mg/ml (10% OD) 18% BB 1.5% BA with MCT. Out of 5 injections I have had terrible PIP in 4 of them, hard to walk/can’t squat. Also, I’ve had a fever everytime roughly 12-16 hours post injection. I figured my body might be having some test flu with a new compound but the pip hasn’t gotten better which is weird because the Test E pip went away after 2 injections and wasn’t nearly as bad. I filtered the final product twice through a 0.22um syringe filter into a sterile sealed vial. Could the MCT oil be the problem? Is the brew too concentrated? Using 25g 1.5” needle so I know the IM is deep enough.

Cause of pip from my opinion :

Too much BA
Concentration too high
Bad quality raw
Inject the product too fast
Too much viscosity ( not enough bb or super solvant)
Not enough gu
The melting point isn’t reached , then still some cristals in the vials
No filtration or you don’t use 0,22um filter

This is because the test p concentration is high.
Basically, test p is painful.
A normal person can easily absorb only 50 mg per injection without pain.
You need a super solvent like EO to get rid of pip at 150mg.

If ur feeling cheap, warm up the vial with some lightly boiled water each injection.. Otherwise I'd make a new batch brewed at 100mg/ ml or less.. 150 is too high brother. Zonezack and Mix Modz nailed it.

You should tried 0,5ml / spot
Maybe the PIP
Will be less important

Reduce the total mg by filter more oil in the vial in that way you can use what you have and not throw away anything

i get horrible pip from injecting into scar tissue with higher conc.

i also get severe pip from MCT oil, to the point where it alters my muscle physiology (confirmed by doppler ultra sound). CSO, GSO, SSO are the way to go.

What kind of receipe did you do with mct ?

Because mct is a thin oil so it’s rare to get a pip with it
Or maybe you’re allergic to it

150 and more without gu is a suicide
That’s what I was thinking, just didn’t really know for sure since I believe I did everything else right. I had heard of people brewing that high but next batch will be 100mg/ml. Thank you

Forgive my ignorance, but what does CSO, GSO and SSO stand for?
Is there anything wrong with using safflower or sunflower oil?

With homebrew it's not easy to identify the problem. I'm convinced raws are just fucked up because when raws first became available this was never an issue or at least I never heard of it.

I only get pip if gear isn't filtered properly or if I pin too much in the same muscle, more than 2ml.
Also get pip if I use big needles or shake while pinning.

Use slinpins instead and you won't have any issues. Don't pin the same muscle, rather pin 1ml x2 than pin 2ml at once.

Probably found a cheaper way to produce it or skip some steps in the production to save money.

Raws are most probably inferior compared to 10-15 years ago.

I don't understand why, but I think you are right as far as quality. I'm ready to order some raws soon. Hope the product is better than last time. Blood work always looked good, but pip from the beginning.
