Getting more and more risky for domestic sources to conduct business.
IDs req won't apply for int'l shipping, but scrutiny will increase.

This is going to also mean that steroid raws will get caught up in this, not just raws for rec drugs.
Much of the stuff from China is outright dangerous as there may been little to no quality control and may have been prepared in less than sanitary conditions.

LOL Screen ALL packages? But the complete screening is needed ASAP? What an oxymoron
Supporters say that even if illicit drug sellers put in false information, when the data from all the packages gets crunched, algorithms can still identify suspicious packages — so screeners know which ones to scrutinize out of the millions the postal service handles.
Algorithm = compare with chinese nationals data illegally obtained by the NSA/CIA
Then they would get photocopies of true nationals ID cards without they even knowing, and hand the chinese WU/MG clerk a bill so photos suddenly 'match'
