Im looking for up to date charts which show the lift standards (i.e advanced, elite lifts ect) As well as the max rep charts. And if anyone uses any good daily log charts to record your daily workout routines and the weights and reps used for that day. I have looked and nothing seems to be up to par. I figured Id come here n ask the boys. I use to have all the charts from back when I was in highschool but I filled them out without making copies.
