Chatgpt Update No Longer Gives Medical Advice? Any good alternative?

I've been using chat pretty extensively for running different stack scenarios and advice for support meds. Was also good for interpretation of labs and advice on making adjustments with support meds based on labs.

So about an hour ago there was an update and it won't give specific medical advice anymore. I just get told to discuss with my clinician. I asked about the change and it confirmed it was new guard rails put in place.

Does anyone else use AI for cycle and medical advice? What other chats do you use that are open to discussing cycles? I'm starting to play with grok but not sure about it yet. Just curious if others have a go to that they trust.

I've worked around it some by asking the best dose to start the discussion with my clinician but there's no longer any recommendations and reasoning behind the recommendations. It's been a valuable tool until now. This is going to suck

I've tried grok a little and haven't had as good results as I was getting with chat. I'll keep messing with it. Thanks

Trouble with these is I’ve been seeing both ChatGPT and Grok giving bad info or making mistakes on simple math. No joke.

And I asked the same question(s) copied and pasted. Two different answers or different math between both.

So my faith in it, is very low now. Watch out for errors and triple check lol

I've got a membership to Gemini 2.5 pro and have had no issues. Just gotta be careful of wording to avoid censorship lol

I tried the free version of gemini and it told me it couldn't discuss half the questions I was asking.

I've gotten chatgpt working better again. It's not perfect but keeping things general I've got it back to discussing different stacks and lab results. It's definitely relaxed some from the original restrictions put in.

It was great while it lasted. There was an update in October and they made the adjustment to the terms and conditions. That sucks.

Some times It refuses to tell me things. And I'll tell it to "just fuckin tell me" and then it does. Try that. Although I haven't used it since you posted this so maybe it dosent work any more.

It's funny how you go to a doctor who doesn't know shit. So you try and take matters into your own hands just to be told to go to a doctor.
This planet sucks
