alright how does this cycle look. This is not mine. Its a friends, and i just thought ide run it by everyone to see what you thought.

500 mg test en/ week 1-10
dbol 20-50 mg/day

is this good, he is wanting to keep his gains, this would be his first cycle. he says he has done his homework but he is a good friend and i just wanted to run this by everyone to make sure he isnt makeing a mistake. what do yall think. Should he add anything.
 
Looks fine for a first cycle, but I would go no lower than 30 mgs on the dbol. also, make sure he has some nolva on hand and for PCT, could use some HCG at the end too.

I'll go ahead and be an asshole right off the bat. Your "friend" won't keep his gains unless he knows about post cycle therapy(PCT). Also, that much test is not needed for a first cycle. You will see other posts after mine that say you should take advantage of the first one because it will make you grow the most. I disagree. My theory is to start slow, and then add with each cycle following, IF NEEDED. 250mg/wk enanthate would be sufficient. He could add a low dose of deca or equipoise or tren to compliment it. EQ maybe 200mg/wk, deca the same, and tren maybe 100mg EOD. The dbol can still be used, at a moderate dose of 20-30/ed for 4 weeks in the beginning. A problem people run into when they load a huge cycle up from the start is figuring out where to go from there. Next cycle you will want to add more test...guess what...in your third cycle, you may thin it takes you 1000-1500mg to get bigger. It happens sooooooo many times...guys get really big quickly, and then have nowhere to go but down. I have been in this game for a short 4 years, and have added roughly 50lbs of lean mass, gradually. I don't lose what I gain from a cycle either.
 
yup pct is the big factor in what he keeps - I would run the test at 500 per week though and the d-bol at 30 mgs for 4 weeks

if he eats clean and gets good quality mass it will be easier to keep than poor gains from bad diet
