chemiluminescence immunoassay for estradiol test

Is a chemiluminescence test ok for measuring estradiol level accurately in a man?
I don't have any lab that offer sensitive LC/MS estradiol test in my city, state.

If you aren’t on tren it’s okay, because with tren u get very high false e2 values

It seems like a good way to check tren levels somehow
I did bw showing e2/tren false reading levels are doubled if I double tren dosage

I don't plan to check my E2 on Tren. I do try dosage for my Tren blast so I know my E2 are in check but that's why I test E2 running test alone at different dosages so that I know my arimidex dosage when I cycle, compared to different dose of test + androgens
