Chest pain during sex.

First off many of you know I have heart issues. This is very embarrassing for me. 2 months ago I developed bad chest pain during sex and had to stop. My wife flipped out. She thought I was going to drop dead right then and there. Problem is she has cut me off since then. I have spoken to my doctors and they are not to concerned about it even though my BP and heart rate drastically dropped right after sex. My wife even came to a Dr. visit with me. I NEED SEX! But I have no idea how to convince my wife she isn't going to kill me. If any one has any advice I'd really appreciate it. Have a great evening guys.
 
Are you doing TRT or black market T drugs?

DO you use PDE 5 inhibitors or any other prescription drugs (blood pressure etc)...so many unknowns for people to give you an answer and we are not doctors remember :)

Not on any gear bro. Only protein powder at the moment. I take coreg and ivabradine for my heart plus xarelto which is a blood thinner(previous pulmonary embolism).
 
Sounds like Angina caused by clogged up arteries .
My first guess and the most common ...
Did you also have some shortness of breath ?

No bud. I had a 7 hour procedure called a cardiac ablation. I have multiple heart arrhythmias. The procedure was to help with my bouts of atrial fibrillation and atrial flutter. I also had a pacemaker implanted. I also have Inappropriate Sinus Tachycardia. My heart will race for no reason. I also have dialated cardiomyopathy. Which means my hearts pumping function is decreased. A lot of shit for 40 years old.
