Popst your exact workout in detail...and not just your chest workout....but all of them.

Does your chest get sore the next day after chest training ? It should atleast get a little sore even if your on a cycle. If not your not pushing hard enough. Also pinch your shoulder blades together while pressing. Imo 10 all out sets to failure should be plenty.

Make sure your bench is on a 30 degree angle. This will really isolate the upper portion of your chest. Some guys make the mistake by working off a 45 degree angle, allowing less chest and more shoulders.

so basically should i focus more on dumbell pressses? cause where i workout at they have 2 incline benches but none of the backs move up or down.

chest- incline db, incline flies, flat bench, machine flies, couple machine chest wkouts. also do some dips.

back- i posted this earlier

legs. leg curls, leg exstentions, squats, leg presses. calf raises

shoulders shoulder presses, db and bb shrugs. military press. machine wkouts

arms. i usually just implement arm wkout when i do chest and back days.

Animals typical chest routine

2 warm up sets using peck deck (light)
3 sets flat dumbell press
2 sets flat dumbell fly
3 sets incline press (bar) 30 degree angle
2 sets cable work

Am I the only one who wonders why one would do 6 exercises for their chest, yet only 5 for their entire lower body!
