they came back as
1175 ng/dl total test
258 pg/ml free test

I have no clue what they mean as my doctor did not state anything other than they were normal...

That's great, your definitely in great shape. Without a doubt you should wait a few more years before you consider the idea. I didn't start till I was 26 I trained naturally up to that point.
 
I thought they were normal my doctor didn't really seem that suprised.

I probably shouldn't mess with them for a while then since I have also noticed a bit of growth as In length wise I'm about 6'1 1/2 Last year I was 5'11 3/4

My TT was around 500 naturally before I ever did gear. So it's more than double what mine was. I'd take it. Wait your 20 and still growing? I was 6'1 at 14 and havent grown since.
 
BB incline press
DB flat press
weighted dips
finish with incline DB flies

My fav routine. It's optimal for persons that have a good chest as a whole, with the upper pecks being slightly overpowered by mid/lower chest.
