Chia seeds all the rave?

Anyone try the Chia seeds yet? Seen so many people using them to help with weight loss.

I don't know about the fat loss, but I eat a table spoon or 2 a day for the omega 3's, and fiber. Buy mine at Sam's.

How do u take them? U just swallow them whole. Or do u dissolve them in water. I tried the dissolve in water ugh fukn nasty as hell. Like swallowing aloe Vera gel

You can throw them in a blender with your protein shake, or a smoothie. I usually eat mine with yogurt, and granola. I've tried soaking them, but didn't care for that. Only drawback is the seeds will get stuck in your teeth so you better have access to a toothpick, or toothbrush.

I have bag in the fridge with my flax seed. If and when use them they go on my salads.

Haha yeah they have been a super food for a year or 2 now. Thats when they started becoming popular as a food source. I really like them when cutting because they absorb water and when I eat them they help me feel more full.

Just wanna make sure you have heard of kale and quinoa also.
