This is something I really enjoy, so I thought I would share...
1 can chicken shredded (I use Swanson 96% fat free)
1/3 cup Shredded M. Jack Cheese
2 Multi-grain Taco Shells
Lettuce
Hot Sauce
Just shred the chicken with a fork right out of the can and heat. Then heat the shells with the cheese to melt it, and your done!
It comes out to about 28 Grams of Carbs...44 Grams Protein, and whatever fat is in the cheese. Easy to make, and very easy to eat more than one if bulking.
