Choice of Foods on Gear

Trained with a buddy that told me he was able to eat any and everything without gaining fat on his cycle, even though that may have been true. What do you recommend to eat and not to eat? I do believe what you intake can effect post cycle? Please elaborate!

Ground beef
Chicken
Fish
Eggs
Rice
Potatoes
Oats
Veggies
Fruit
Peanut
Olive oil



Plenty of other good things too. Try to stick to whole foods

Are you tracking macros or calories? My macros will generally look something like 1 - 1.5 grams protein, 1.5 grams carbs and .75 grams fat per pound of body weight per day.

Adjust as needed.

I would imagine he'd be looking to grow though so he'd want much more carbs than that
 
You can certainly gain fat on cycle. Stick to the basic rules of thumb that apply to non cycle diets.
1g protein/ lb bodyweight
.25 to .5 g fat/ lb bodyweight (unsaturated fats preferred)
Carbs can easily be adjusted based on weekly weigh ins and simply assessing one’s physique in the mirror

You can increase calories this way in 10% increments and once muscle gains halt and fat start to accumulate you raise the doses of aas in a reasonable amount and keep the calories constant for a bit to reassess.
 
You have to be careful on what you eat. Sometimes gear alone will not harm your body it’s what you eat too.
For example if your doing cycle with substance that make you have a high blood pressure you have to stay away from fatty food and high sodium.
