Clearance Delay

When tracking a package online, under 'Status' has anyone had the message 'Clearance Delay', and is this just another phrase for 'Seizure'?

yep,.it will say that for the next 3 days then its caught

For the life of me I can't understand why they would send it D*L when it has to go through US Customs, and then Canadian Customs. That's double the risk. Kexing uses D*L too, I'll probably never see my freakin' kits either. FACK!!

Everything else I've ever ordered comes via another courier company, directly to Canada, and I've never had a problem.
