Clen and atenolol or Nebivolol

Not a new question but the last thread was hijacked so I am starting another one that is my question. I have read extensively about beta 1 blockers and Clen. I use Atenolol and Telsm to control hypertension. I have heard the hearsay, opinions, etc.

I have a cut coming up in April/May and already have purchased the clen (25mcg tabs). Reading here and from some of the online info, that nebivolol is better than atenolol in regards to being a more selective beta 1 blocker (although atenolol claims to be 100% selective).

I have already tried it out for 5 days and I split the 25mcg tab in half for the first day. Felt a little strange. No racing heart beat but light headed.
-Second day. same- half tab
-Third day half tab in the morning and afternoon the second half to complete the 25mcg dose. Felt a little light headed for an hour
-Fourth day took 25mcg and then another second half a tab. Light headed and my diastolic BP was getting low. Like almost down to 60.
-Fifth day I did the same and my diastolic BP went under 60 which I know is not cool. I was 111/57. Never has my BP been that low.

Anyway, I would like to hear some real life cases of clen working or not working with selective beta 1 blockers. I believe that my electrolytes may have been imbalanced but would like to hear from the crew here what may have been causing the low BP and how to counter correct for my cutting phase in April/May

When I was trying it I was taking 300mg of Deca and 300 of EQ a week. (I know I know, dumb with the deca)....anyway I am starting a new cycle of 350 test and 300 EQ for the next 14 weeks or so. The question I have is about the Clen and my reaction to it at the low dose.

Hello again...bumping the thread.

to clarify my question- when taking a selective beta 1 blocker with clen, I have heard that Nebivolol is superior to Atenolol because it is said to be even more selective. I want to see the results from clen, but I have read a lot of opinions that say that taking such beta 1 blockers makes the effects of clen null and void. How can that be when clen only acts on beta 2s?

Im looking for real world knowledge from the folks here. Im not a chemist or a bio scientist, but common sense tells me that taking Nebivolol should have no affect on the purpose of clen reading and understanding all I have on beta 1 blockers and Beta 2 antagonists.

Its not time for me to go on the clen cycle yet, I still have a few months to go, but I wanted to get the skinny before I start putting more junk into my body.

Nebivolol Is superior as your heart rate still goes up like other beta blockers like propanolol which prevent it and prevent clen doing it’s thing Nebivolol should be fine though

But
ideally switch to arb medication
olmesartan or candesartan best two arbs

olmesartan 40mg at night
or
candesartan 32mg at night

and supplement supergarlic garlic
Garlic study
garlic reduces systolic and diastolic blood pressure levels by up to 11.2 mm hg. In some instances, garlic supplements may work as effectively as standard blood-pressure-lowering medications, with much fewer side effects

and cardio should help blood pressure

Clen start at 40mcg

I take Telmisartan 40mg and also Atenolol 50mg in the morning. I take plenty of garlic also and I also do cardio 4-5 times a week. I just dont want to add clen in the mix and 1) have it not work or 2) have some funky shit go down with my heart. I am only going to take 25mcg or half per day and step it up as I go. But if you read my first post on this thread, doing a test week it through my diastolic BP way down low.....lower than what I have ever had it.

There is an interesting discussion that beta blockers can be protective against the negative effects of clen from @Type-IIx

Absolutely appreciate you posting these links thank you question not that this is smart but would you say we could use clen for longer if using a beta blocker and what would you prefer out of the ones we can use because I have propanolol but I know it’s not the best and Nebivolol I’s best just hard to script it

Well as OP mentioned is that they said nebivolol is better for sports performance. It's selective beta blockers. there are less Erectile dysfunction issues with this particular one

I haven't used clen before and this is outside my realm. I was just referencing what someone said who knows what they are talking about.

Appreciated was a great read it looks to be a must to prevent or reverse heart damage cell death and something we should use when running stims clen ephedrine yohmbine and thyroid medication t3-t4

Thanks for everyone's input, however I hope someone chimes in that has real world experience and not just "supposing". I am going to go ahead and look for Nebivolol to replace the atenolol. (I probably should consult my doctor too
)

Metoprolol seems good also
Literally I read the whole thing just now and feel like I didn't understand a fucking thing.

I am gonna bump this. I have been on nebivolol for maybe a week with clen. Started 2.5mg nebivolol after starting clen. This was to see if it helped with the tachycardia, blood pressure, etc.

I have to say alot of the cardiac sides went away from clen. No palpitations, racing, etc. I am at 100mcg of sopharma clen.

I can still feel thermogenesis on my body from heat on cardio, training, and sex.

My dick definitely still works with nebivolol.
Gym performance is still there.

Just wanted to give my input

Thank you for sharing this anecdotal experience. I‘ve been sitting on clen for a while and was taking it in conjunction with t3. My HR was definitely way higher and not to my liking. RHR got up to like 80… Stopped my cycle and decided to get my hands on some nebivolol because I remember reading Type-IIx’s post you linked and also wanted to see if it made a difference for myself. I now have a few months supply of nebivolol and will definitely attempt running that cycle again with nebivolol in the mix. Will also give my anecdotal feedback once I get started. Cheers.

No problem. Good luck!

I forgot to mention I was getting nightmares until I started nebivolol. The elevated hr and sleep gives me anxiety which turn into nightmares.

I am thankful for it lol

Plus Nebivolol is a nitric oxide

nebivolol Is a beta 1 and 3 agonist the heart releases an substance called ANP which has fat loss properties it appear to be capable of converting white adipose tissue into beige and thus potentiating further fat burning

testosterone upregulates lipolytic beta 3 receptors on adipose tissue also and since Nebivolol targets the beta 3 receptors agonist it results in greater fat loss reduction.

then combine other fat burners clenbuterol ephedrine yohmbine caffeine and ANP
(the hormone from my OP) beta-agonists, and thyroid all appear to be capable of converting white adipose tissue into beige and thus potentiating further fat burning And they're synergistic you get a bigger effect from combining them and now you've actually got an extra pathway for the creation of lipolysis beyond the short-term effects of ANP or beta agonists on the fat cells A

very interesting. just saw this study about it too.

Thanks bro! Good luck to you as well! Glad your nightmares went away!

Good to know. I have not taken Clen for a few weeks. 100mcg seems like that may be high for me personally, but Ill give it ago with Nebivolol in a few more weeks once I come off current cycle. Good to know it works for someone.
