By "something else" you mention winstrol which I wouldn't use but also, I can't really tell if you mean a AAS cycle or another fat burner.
If AAS, keep it simple, such as a low dose Test and Tren cycle. Although no AAS cycle is really going to burn much fat by itself but will rather be most beneficial in helping you to prevent any muscle loss while dieting and doing cardio. Some AAS like Tren and Anavar do help to burn some fat although I wouldn't really call them fat burners or think of them in that catagory.
If you're wanting to add another fat burner, it works very well to use clen for 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off and during the off period, use an ECAY stack. Many people also have good results with using T3 plus clen and the ECAY stack. Especially when using T3, the body will also burn muscle which is why this works best with some sort of AAS cycle run concurrently.
