Clen only cycle?

I'm getting back into it after a 2 year layoff. I want to shed BF before my first cycle the beginning of '05. I was considering a clen only regimin, 2 wks on / 2 wks off. I'm looking to drop 40-45 lbs. in the next 22 weeks.

I've done some research and have come to the conclusion that you can stay on clen year round. Would that be correct?

Also, is there maybe something I should be looking at to run with clen, besides a healthy, moderately high protein diet and exercise? I'm not interested in T-3. I really don't want to mess with the thyroid.

Any and all info is appreciated.

You cannot stay on year round as your body will become used to the clen and it wont work.

Try a 1600 calorie a day eating cycle. I did it for 3 months and worked out 5x a week with NO cardio and I lost 40 lbs and 5 inches off my waist, plus I did not lose any muscle ( had some help from some test and eq ) so I even gained a good bit.

I lost 11% BF from 26 to 15. Stay away from carbs that cause a sharp insulin spike except right after a workout.

Get a cheap food scale to weigh your portions.

Thanks for the info. I'm going to run clen only, no juice now. I'm going to start a Sus, Tren, dbol cycle Jan 2nd.

Sus @ 500mg/wks 1-12
Tren @+/-76mg/eod wks 7-12
D-bol @ 30mg/ed wks 1-4

I'll keep you posted on progress.
