Female friend wants to run it doesn't care about little muscle loss curious if should run same as any other cycle or how would your suggest it for a female. She is around 145lbs 5'8, looking to drop 10-20lbs. She is in great physical shape but like most females has trouble losing that little bit of extra fat. She tried dnp but didn't work for her well, she got bad sweats felt bad on it.
