Hi fellow gear heads im new on meso and have realized the wealth of knowledge on here.so i have a question. I've been doing some research an it seems albuterol could possibly be a better choice over clen what are your experiences with them and which do yall prefer and gives the best results.

Tried both and prefer Albuterol more. Significantly less sides, no shakes really, BP does not compare to clen, I might of lost an extra pound or 2 with clen over the short 2/2.5 week period of running each... But it was NOT worth it for the sides that were brought on. I won't run clen again after running Albuterol. Hope this helps.

You have to use the tabs if the purple for using them is fat loss... You can't get the dosage necessary from an inhaler. I don't remember the exact amount in there, but it's far less than anything of benefit. Johnny had a good protocol that I ended following that wasn't far off from Bill Roberts suggested protocol... Work you way up to 4mg four to five times per day, pending no adverse side effects on smaller doses. And run it for 2-3 weeks max then take I believe it was 3-4 weeks off in between if you plan on running it again

Albuterol appears to have some positive side effects on one's body. I would like to see this further confirmed through future studies by medical researchers; will wait and see.

From personal experience, I believe the dosage is dependent on the person. For example, I can't take 4 mgs 5 times per day. My limit is lower. Age, weight, body composition, they probably all play a factor. I eased into mine taking one 4 mg dose for a couple of days then two mg doses for a couple of days, etc.. This way I could see how my body handled this substance being introduced to it. Good luck!

Good point with the dosage according to body weight... Where did you see that Albuterol has positive effects on the body? I'd like to see that if you have the link. I do doubt that it pertains to the dosages that we are talking about, but rather prescribed dosages.

I researched it a couple of months ago and don't have a link for you - sorry. I used various searches and pieced information together.

I am actually running some albut now. It has definitely helped me cut weight and preserve muscle. The first day I got some shakes but after that its been smooth sailing. Don't believe the hype that albut is not comparable to clen for cutting.

I'm getting good results with 18 mg/day and compared to clen its a smoother more clean buzz. From now on I'll only use albut.

Albuterol is for humans and clen is for horses, that's why you feel better on Albuterol.

Albuterol has also been shown to have positive cardiovascular effects

Only negative side I have noticed with Al. are the headaches that come sometimes. Have to watch dosage and staying on normal eating times or they are a problem for me.

Yep. There's also research that clen might damage the heart...at least in horses.

Med Sci Sports Exerc. 2002 Apr;34(4):643-50.
Chronic clenbuterol administration negatively alters cardiac function.
Sleeper MM1, Kearns CF, McKeever KH.

I haven't seen any research that says the same for albuterol but it might be out there.
