Hey, im only interested in bulking, and only have been for a while, so everything that I usually pay attention to and read has to deal with that. A semi-decent friend of mine is going to start clen, hes been working out for a while but is tyring to loose some weight. Hes gonna do the 2wk/2off thing like most people, and ramp up the doses to what he feels is right. Question though is how much weight would someone be able to loose on this? Noticably more then just cardio and diet?
I always kinda thought it would be a waste of money just stick to a good diet and cardio, but he says he got it cheap so just curious....
