guys,
just an update, been a while since i've been on but i'm back to getting fit and healthy... anyway... here's where im' at so far...
this is a clen cycle. my second after 3 years off training.
Starting weight 85kgs or 187lbs. not fit, after 7 weeks at the gym bf no idea. but chunky not fit at all....
this is only a starting cycle to see if i can handle it at my new job. and yes, it is good so far.
Day 1: 20mcg Shakey and sweating a little, not much though... find it a little hard to type.
Day 2: 20mcg Shakey and sweating a little, still hard to type for about 3-4 hrs.
Day 3: 30mcg Shakey and sweating a little, even harder to type. seem to be on edge a little
Day 4: 40mcg Very shakey. not sweating at all, no headache. eating heaps (but healthy) and feel like i need to workout more.
Day 5: 50mcg lookl ike have oparkingsons enjoying working out... mates say i look guge and loosing bf
Day 6: 100mcg shakey as all fvck. not sweating starting to cramp in places
day 7: 150mcg can't type (im' typnig this now) cramps in whatever muscle group i use .
Best part, im' enojoying working out, love eating propertly cause i don't wanna fvck this up.
Recoomend? Definately. I'll be doing anotehr corse after this one.
sorry about typing and spelling . i look like a sped but my hands won't stop shaking , don't recommend for butchers.. (my mate is and wanted to knwo how it was )_
