Clenbuterol - did it work for you?

hello meso friends
In the next couple of days I will start the last week of my cycle and start with the clen pills; I've read about the side effects and I'm a bit concerned; so here a few questions:

Have you ever tried clean??? At what dose???

Did it work for you???

Did you experience bad sides or nah???

Thanks!!!!

Should be grams, not mg. I like clen a lot. The addition of taurine really helps. I'm probably running 10-15g spread out through the day. Never get a cramp anymore. Never get bad back pumps. And it cured my carpal tunnel from HGH . Taurine is amazing. Takes like nothing so you don't even need water to take it
6g Taurine, 1g Salt with every meal, 600mg Magnesium. The absolute anti-cramp stack overall, love it!

how are you guys getting to 120mcg?

im running 30mcg/day but i have escalated slowly over 17 days from 5mcg.

no tremors or cramps, but each time i escalate the dose i run hotter for a day and a half and return back to feeling normal.

im also running an electrolyte and taurine mix. only thing ive noticed is my calves are a little tighter than usual. if anything is going to cramp up, i expect it to be them.

using sopharma, each pill hits the same.

I ran Clen once and got nice results. I only ran it for 2 weeks and maxed out at 100mcgs for a few days. I was also taking Tirz at the time and doing heavy cardio. I actually have some arriving today and will likely start another 2 week cycle by the end of the month.

You don't have to feel Clen for it to work.

The Beta agonism that quickly subsides is only one of several mechanisms of action that burn fat.

When it's used to treat asthma patients take it for years without needing to "reset receptors".
I like to take 3-4 weeks off every now and then regardless as it shifts your minerals and electrolytes around quite a lot making bloodwork look a bit weird

I didn't realize magnesium was a calcium channel blocker until Type-IIx mentioned it on his podcast. I usually supplement 3x a day with mag glycinate. Really keeps my BP in a great place. I first tried mag malate from bulk supplements. Big mistake. Liquid shit constantly. I looked at the label and it's actually a blend of mag malate and mag oxide. No freaking wonder. I just stick with nutricost now bc even mag glycinate from bulk supplements contains magnesium oxide

I never had issues with magnesium luckily, 600mg every evening put me barely in the middle range. Using bisglycinate.

Currently on 60mcg pharma clen and what can i say - i LOVE it! I don't have any negative side effects. To be honest, i don't feel anything BUT the picture in the mirror is changing week by week. New veins are popping, waist slims down and so on - LOVE it!

Macros:

250gr. Carbs
55gr. Fats (mainly high quality olive oil)
350gr. proteins

Same on restdays but carbs down to 150gr.

that's not correct.

The apparent contradiction between clenbuterol's transient fat-loss effects and its long-term prescription for asthma arises from differences in target tissues, receptor dynamics, and therapeutic objectives. While β2-adrenergic receptor (β2-AR) desensitization limits its lipolytic action after ~18 days, its bronchodilatory effects persist in clinical practice due to distinct pharmacological adaptations.

The receptors are different and the effects we want for bodybuilding gets a lot lower and different past 18days, that's why it's better to cycle it.

Especially because it's not really healthy to use clenbuterol for long period of time.

It does still have some lypolitic effect but it's on different pathways and for different reasons then the first 18days where it has a strong thermogenic effect.

Thats why you also see people increasing the dose i.e. every day or 2nd day by 5-10mcg higher up to 120-180mcg -> Then full-stop for quite some time and use ECA or so.

I believe Ketofifen might help but personally, i dont feel much of a difference apart from getting really foggy in the mornings

Clenbuterol's initial "felt" effect of thermogenesis is only one mechanism of action.

Ongoing bronchodilation means more moisture is lost when breathing, which causes a loss of energy in the form of heated water being expelled, raising resting metabolic rate,

That's why you're still dehydrated all the time even after you don't "feel" Clen after a while,

Clen also has a direct effect on fat cells, inhibiting adipogenesis and enhancing lipolysis.

So there's less fat burn because you don't have as significant thermogenesis after the Beta receptors downregulate, but it's still working as a "fat burner", just somewhat more slowly, and with a lot less stress if you're not in a huge rush.

kinda correct but less stress is not true prolonged use increase chances of Left ventricular hypertrophy and few other not very nice side effect at all.

Clen is not recommended to be used for more than 16 weeks each year AT MAXIMUM.

Was about to add, Clen is specifically used in some cases to remoddel the heart intentionally at 20-30mcg long term uses, also thickening up the heart walls but i believe that duration is then 4-6 months or so
