Clenbuterol on and off

In my observational experience, 4 to 6 weeks on and then and equal amount of time off. Back and forth.
 
My experience is no longer than 2 weeks at a time. I run ECA stack for 2 weeks and then cycle clen for the next 2 weeks. From my experience receptor beta-2 downregulation is a big issue with Clenbuterol.
 
I know some people take ketotifen or Benadryl to Downregulate their receptors, I’m not a fan of clen to be honest but I’ve done it a few different ways, I’ve done the pyramid titration, I’ve done 2 weeks on and off, and then tried 6 weeks on using Benadryl to downregulate the receptors. None of them were promising as I don’t use clen at all anymore but the 2 weeks on off was probably the best bet where I saw the most fat loss
 
2 weeks on, 2 off is pretty common so that you don't have to taper to a ridiculous dose when it starts to lose efficiency
