I have been on TRT for a few years now, due to anabolics abuse (bad pct) many years ago.
It f***** up my HPTA and HPA (adrenals) also.
I am 33 yo and my current protocol has been the following for a long time, around 2 years now
- Sustanon (T blend) 50mg E3D (E3D to keep estrogen in balance)
- DHEA 50mg ED
- Pregnenolone 50mg ED
- Hydrocortisone 10mg ED
My labs on TRT come back excellent...
- Total T: 1200 (200-1000)
- Free T: Two times the max. value! I have low to midrange shbg, but my doc says this is okay... (??)
- Estrogen: 30 (Excellent!)
- LH + FSH: 0 (Endogenous production shutdown!)
I would like to get my fertility back on track, but am having doubts.
I have had only little testicular shrinkage, so maybe adding in HCG 250IU E3D should suffice to impregnate the lady or am I wrong? I have been reading a lot on the subject, my doc and most others say to come off exo T completely and try low dose Clomid (25 or 12,5mg ED) in stead of adding HCG... Before TRT my LH and FSH were always midrange, so no pituitary issues I guess, although doc says I have empty sella syndrome (pituitary shrinkage on MRI)...
