You may want to do more research on Clomid,it has some very serious side effects which are not reversible when discontinued. 100 mg a day is very high dose when i think you can achieve the same results you are looking for at lower doses especially when when used with nolvadex. This is considering using it for PCT rather than for hypogonadism from someone thas been shut down for a much longer period of time.Heres a study on 25mg of clomid only on test levels.

I read somewhere that 5,000 IU of vitamin D made Clomid far more effective at low dose.

Re: Comprehensive Guide to PCT

What side effects are not reversible?

These dosages were recommended by Dr Scally and Dr. Jim so that is what I used.

Like I stated it is certainly possible to use less but some people will require these type of doses and as a general guide I went with a higher dose as I'm unaware of permanent side effects.

Do you have a study I could look at?

Vision changes (e.g., blurred vision, seeing spots or flashes) may sometimes occur during clomiphene treatment, especially if you are exposed to bright light. These side effects usually go away a few days or weeks after treatment is stopped. However, in rare cases, vision changes may be permanent. Tell your doctor immediately if any of the following occur: vision problems/changes, eye pain.
There are no adequate or well-controlled studies that demonstrate the effectiveness of CLOMID in the treatment of male infertility. In addition, testicular tumors and gynecomastia have been reported in males using clomiphene. The cause and effect relationship between reports of testicular tumors and the administration of CLOMID is not known.

Well unfortunately I cannot apply this at all since I do not know dose and length of treatment when the "rare" eye conditions occur.

Gynocomastia and testicular tumors are an inherent risk of naturally elevated TT levels.

And I'm almost certain all of these conditions occur under extended treatment, much longer than I have laid out.

But I will do some research when I have time.
