Stats: 28, 5'8", 180LB, 10-14% BF depending on my will to eat clean/diet
I've been doing power building for last 7-8 years (on&off).
Looking for something different now, I want to focus more on bodybuilding and running, without worrying about strength gains.
Calorie intake: 3000C (75F, 350C,225P)
-- Looking to increase calorie intake and bulk up to 200LB then lean back down to ~175LB after cycle.
Routine:
Lifting in the morning -- Upper/Lower (4x) **looking to switch this to a more BB routine**
Running at night -- Zone 2 Cardio (45min-90min) (5x)
maybe implement some cycling and swimming. Want to complete a marathon and hopefully an iron man.
Fatigue & Recovery has been an issue. Definitely difficult to try and focus on both bodybuilding and long distance endurance training.
I want to 'coast' between being natty and enhanced. I'm not aiming for anything professional or competitive; I just enjoy exercising and want to see how far I can push myself while minimizing risks to my long-term health.
After researching, I plan on doing this cycle below:
Get base bloodwork done.
Week 1-8:Test E 300mg/week
get bloodwork done and make necessary changes if needed.
week 8-16: Test E 400mg/week
get bloodwork done and start PCT
-- HGH (98%+) 2iu/day
-- Aromasin for when E2 gets too high. Need to find how much mg and when to take to combat increasing E2 levels
