Mike Francois had ulcerative cloitis and had to get the whole colon removed evenually. A colostomy I believe, so now he has to where a shit bag for the rest of his life.
In the article I read he said that he and his doctors went over what he had been taking and the doctors felt that use of anabolics may have helped him unknowingly.
I havent heard of any other cases.
