I'm getting ready to start a series of in-office colonics (4 or 5) in a few weeks and was wondering if anyone here has tried them.
The first time I lost a lot of weight (back in 2005) I used an in-home herbal remedy and then went to have my in-office ones. The results were AMAZING! Not only did I feel energetic but my midsection decreased immensely. This added to working out and changing my eating habits resulted in me losing 51 lbs (I was 197 at the time). I was good to go up until I met my ex and gained it all back, lol.
Well, since I'm determined to get fit once again, I've started the in-home herbal remedy which consists of 4 pills in the morning, followed by a fiber drink 20 minutes later and at night I drink a cup of klera tea. It's about 2 weeks now and once I finish the 30-day program I'm going to start my in-office flush out.
Anyone else benefited from colon hydrotherapy?
