Hey guys I have been out of the game for quite some time .(3 months)
My chest is almost held. So I think!! I have been in the gym and it does not hurt like it used to. I did go from 205lbs to 183lbs at 5,6 and gain fat now I am at 18% and want to get down to 8% agene. Diet is good now high proten(200g) and 0-80g)low carbs (5-and lots of good fat(80g) cla, mct, flaxeed, now I did want to start my cycle and wanted to see if this is ok . Should I wait till I drop more bf?
