Here is the deal- I started dieting at 240 22%bf a month or so ago and I have been pretty strict with my diet, I am now at 231 with 17% bf-=--- I am on 500mg of test enanthate and I am about to start 500mg of tren enanthate---

My question is about my diet ---

Here are 2 possibilities I had thought about

1--Keep my calories low and continue to diet by having reduced cals or

2--Use t-3 and keep my cals higher , therefore using the t-3 effects to burn off extra calories

Just a thought ---since keeping my muscle mass is the ultimate goal
I want to get down to about 10-12%bf --I am not trying to get extremely lean anymore-- and I would like to keep my bodyweight above 225

bro you could run the t3 at a fairly low dosage of 50mcg/ED..t3 and gear work synergistically after all. at this amount it will be enough to help increase protein synthesis and also keep your metabolism going fast, but not so much that it will eat up muscle

try adding in the t3 while keeping your diet the same except for adding in an extra 50-100g protein and see how it goes
