wow just did my first workout using complexes. I used 35 lbs on each side of easy bar( not a lot I know) I did straight leg dead lifts, bent over rows, over head presses, behind the head triceps ext then curls five reps each. Man I tell you after second go around I was gassing lol.. I'm not the greatest at cardio obviously but I think these complex workouts are worth it if you hate riding bikes or whatever else.
