the chemicals are not what bother me. I don't know the procedure of doing it right. plus sounds to me like some with get you flagged for making meth. you definitely do not want that.

the great thing about chemistry is you can mess with deadly chemicals to come out with something that isn't deadly. you would be surprised at how many deadly chemicals the pharma companies use to make everyone's drugs they take.

yes, they have restrictions on buying finaplix now. I'm too scared to order to see what the restrictions are. I'm sure you will have to send them your I.D. is the least they'll want.
