this is how it goes.
drugs:
gh-6-12iu/day
1000mg test/week
100mg tren ace eod(makes me irritable)
100mg stan depot eod(my best responding drug)
eca stack twice daily(safe and 10 x better then clen)
letro 2.5mg eod (bad for cholestrol)
t3 at 100mcg (bad for heart and kidneys if you go higher)
clen is not good for heart enlargment so i leave it out usually.
insulin 10-20iu a day (safe if you know your body)
peptides are shit but i use them because they do help a little bit
and good for tanning.(dont ask dosage lol) (i guess )
I also take an antihistamine every week to clear receptor sites.
and most injections go into rear delt with 25 gage or slin pin..yes slin pin for less scare tissue.
if i have sugar low i have pinapple until i feel better. lol
diet:
m1: pre w/o..8 egg w, vital greens, 50-100g low gi complex carbs with insulin. fast creatine. niacine b3, bcaas (lots), t3.
m2. post w/o ..take gh and peps and wait 30min.. 200g chicken or kangaroo. snow peas and mushrooms cooked in 1 tsp coconut oil.
the next 5 meals are the same . its not complicated..its easy.
I drink about 8 L of water/day.
cardio is 1 hour before meal 1 and 1 hour before last meal so a total of 2 hours cardio a day..this may change if still fat closer to show lol
resistance is 1 muscle a day..warm up on machines pre fatigue..then heavy free weights 3 working sets on 3 different exercises..followed with drop sets and supersets to get that frying feeling to polish and shape muscle..
last 2-3 weeks i will eat fish and asparigus for every single meal..and i will take slin out due to no carb intake..when i feel like im going to die i eat a few nuts to keep me alive lol..water goes up to about 12 L / day.. a lot of ab work for last few weeks also..
coming into show last week ill take all drugs out exept gh, t3,letro and stan..i usually add in stan oral ontop only a few tabs a day..ill gradually take water out but not fully because if i stop fully the body will release a hormone to hold onto sub q water..so never take it out fully or you will look shit..also the whole sodium thing is so stupid and everyone fucks it up..if you use salt Keep using..if you dont use salt -- keep not using salt..lol .simple.
iv used diuretics and they always always fuck things up so never again..i doubt the pros use them..
ok so on the day of show(2hours prior) ill eat my breakfast (m1)thats on my diet..and yes ill be using insulin at abiut 10iu..not going to eat something my body wont recognise yes. when i get to the show ill have some red wine because my body recognises it and its going to dialate my veins and relax me then before i pump up ill eat pavlova until i feel thirsty..then ill quack about 8iu slin and sip some water while i pump up..then im ready..
so thats what i do and ill keep you posted coming into this show..pics also.
also just wanted to say protein shakes do nothing..bcaas and creatine are only two products worth buying so save your money.lol
