Could use a little Free T, mine is low

Here are my latest labs, done the day before my next injection. Right now I'm doing 100 mg/week Cyp + 250 IU's hCG 2x/week (swale's protocol).

Test total= 427 (241-827)
Test Free= 12.2 (9.3-26.5)
DHEA= 193 (280-640)
Estradiol= 25 (0-53)

My free test and DHEA are both low. I am thinking of bumping the test up to 125 mg/week to try and improve that free test level, but then I have the E2 to worry about.

Some help would be appreciated a lot.

Did you take hCG on the day of the blood test and the day before?

I took it the day before, but not the day of.

Actually, SWALE now says HcG is best 2 days and 1 day prior to Test injection. Also, depending on what day your labs were done, your Free may not be low. In relation to injection day, when were the labs done?

Free T

Have any of you all tried Nettle. I understand it binds to SHBG and this should help free up some T. Any comments?

Androjello your levels are way to low for me when I was doing 100 mgs. of Depo T my levels were 650 upping my shot of T to 150 mgs. and adding 500 IU's of Hcg 3 times a week got me up to 1138 top of my labs range is 1592. I now feel the best I ever felt and yes my E2 went up but I am keeping it down with Indoplex/DIM and TMG. I would rather feel this good and have to take something to keep my E2 down. I have never felt this good in the 21 yrs. of having Low T.

Do you know if you're a primary or secondary sufferer? If you are either secondary or in the middle then I suggest bumping up the HCG. Your E2 can clearly handle being elevated a bit from where it's at now. Maybe bump it up to 700iu/week and see what happens?

Yea, I am secondary. I already use 1-2 indolplex (120 mg) pills a night.

Sounds to me like you could stand to increase your T dosage slightly, then follow up with labs again in a few weeks. Some guys just need more. Like Phil, for example.

As far as the increased E, DIM helps some guys and not others. I'll know in another week or two after my next labs whether or not DIM is helping me.
