So I just started a 6-8 week cycle. Im already a week in and will log workouts every other week but will post regularly on how the cycle feels and how workouts are going

Im running:
600mg cypionate (200mg m/w/f)
600mg 1-test cyp (200mg m/w/f)
60-80mg anavar a day
12.5-25mg aromasin a day

As I said im already a week in and I feel great! Already noticing a difference in my workouts as I have run a similar routine a few weeks before I started cycle and am now doing the same routine but with a few different exercises. Im getting ready for the sports season so am working on strength and conditioning in order to be ready for the upcoming season

Diet is 4000cal a day. Split will be 30/30/30 and 10 used as discretionary calories if needed. Will be doing carb cycling as well so carbs will go 200g-300g-400g cycles regardless of how hard I am training or not.

All routines im about to post have max of 45-40 seconds rest between sets. Weight is based off of my 10 reps at my max weight for each exercise. Goal is to get rest time down while continuing to get the weight of exercises up. I will run this program for the duration of my cycle

Tuesday was cut really short as I was running late and had no more time to workout. I had another 4 exercises that should have been completed today.
 
Looking forward to seeing how the 1 test cyp is when it kicks in. Downed my anavar to 60mg split throughout the day and Im definitely already feeling it.

Will also add that the 1-test cyp really doesnt have any pip. For me anyways. Ive heard many says it floors you but I guess im lucky. Two weeks in and good to go. Was originally planning to run it 6, maybe 8 weeks. Now 2 weeks in im just going to push the full 8 weeks as im starting to enjoy being on cycle again.

Today is off day. Im sore and happy to do nothing. Its also cheat day so ive already smashed some eggs bennies, french toast and for dinner im making homemade burgers

Chest and back again tomorrow

time to complete 63 min. Hit 40mg of anavar pre workout. I felt it hit hard at the halfway point. Really helped me push through this insanity. 1251 reps altogether in 63 min is a PB for me. At decent weights and I lifted properly with both concentric and eccentric movements. Key is to definitely not throw it around as the negative is where you get all the growth

Im going to lay off the training posts for this page. Ill be posting results and routines over in the training forum. Ill keep this one for the DHB cycle

So far I have no complaints. The compounds are great. No pip. And the strength and endurance is already way up since week 1.

The only thing I can think of that is a downside is the glutes have some scar tissue built up already from the DHB. It has cause a good sized ball of tissue in my right glute. Funny thing is I can bang 3cc of it into either quad and no issues. Not sure why it hates going into the glutes which are bigger and meatier

Overall worth trying if it doesnt floor you as some people have reported. Looking forward to seeing how good it is week 6 when its fully kicked in
 
So was sick last week for afew days. No working out. Still got my pin in but man o man my body didnt like it. Being sick and then injecting just made me more sick. But whatever. Pin it to win it!

The gains off of the dhb blend is awesome. Still no pip but scar tissue is definitely developing faster than normal. Might come to a point where ill have to shoot new spots entirely which is gonna suck

I added nutrobol into the mix. 15mg am and 15mg pm. In a week i put on 10lbs. Not lean by any means but I like it.

In the gym my lifts are increasing fast. Weight is going up 10lbs a week on main lifts (bench and squats). And as for reps with other weights im hitting some good numbers while still keeping good form. Ill post my last 4 workouts in the training section.

Overall Im very happy with the product. Now that its almost fully kicked in im excited to see how the next 3-5 weeks is!
 
Im a shitty cycle poster haha. Cycle is going great. Im putting on mad weight. Only thing tho is I am so tired all the time. I could sleep all day long. Growing takes its toll. with adding the nutrabol I put on 17lbs in almost 3 weeks. Not very watery either so we will see how it sticks around after the cycle is complete

side note. I hit 80lb dumbbells for 4 sets x 40 solid reps on incline. I would say the shit is working very well
