So I just started a 6-8 week cycle. Im already a week in and will log workouts every other week but will post regularly on how the cycle feels and how workouts are going
Im running:
600mg cypionate (200mg m/w/f)
600mg 1-test cyp (200mg m/w/f)
60-80mg anavar a day
12.5-25mg aromasin a day
As I said im already a week in and I feel great! Already noticing a difference in my workouts as I have run a similar routine a few weeks before I started cycle and am now doing the same routine but with a few different exercises. Im getting ready for the sports season so am working on strength and conditioning in order to be ready for the upcoming season
Diet is 4000cal a day. Split will be 30/30/30 and 10 used as discretionary calories if needed. Will be doing carb cycling as well so carbs will go 200g-300g-400g cycles regardless of how hard I am training or not.
All routines im about to post have max of 45-40 seconds rest between sets. Weight is based off of my 10 reps at my max weight for each exercise. Goal is to get rest time down while continuing to get the weight of exercises up. I will run this program for the duration of my cycle
