From the photo it looks like humidity, or maybe the quality of the oil.

Looks like some test cyp I made that was cloudy due to water contamination because the vials I mixed the solution in before filtering still had water droplets. I had just washed the mixing vial but didn’t dry it thoroughly enough before adding the ingredients.
