if any one could take 2 minutes out of their day to give an opinion advice or critique my cutting diet would be appreciate heaps!

Weight: 78.5kg - BF % : 10 - height: 176cm
Goal Macronutrients: 256G Protein - 86G Fats - 250G carbs total cals: 2864

5x 30mins fasted cardio ( steady incline walk on treadmill )
6 day FST- 7 training split
GOAL: shred down to 6% before lean bulk

Break fast - 34G Protein - 54.7G carbs - 30.9G fats -
- 2 English muffins
- 2 cheese slices ( lite )
- 20grams hollandaise
- 2 size 7 eggs

Meal 2 -33.8G Protein - 30.4G carbs - 3.8G fats
- 50grams broccoli ( cooked )
- 50grams mixed frozen vege ( cooked )
- 135 grams smoked tuna
- 15 grams smoked hickory sauce
- 50 grams white long grain rice ( cooked )

meal 3 - 48.9G protein - 27.8G carbs - 15G fats
- 50 grams broccoli ( cooked )
- 50 grams mixed frozen vege ( cooked )
- 150 grams beef ( cooked ) ( will alternate between mince and rump steak )
- 50 grams white long grain rice ( cooked )
- 15 grams smoked hickory sauce

meal 4 - 28.8G protein - 27.6G carbs - 1.2G fats
- 154 grams medium size green apple
- 180grams sundried tomato & basil tuna

PRE work out meal - 40.8G protein - 64.1G carbs - 17.2G fats
- 1 scoop optimum nutrition whey
- 10grams almonds
- 1 banana
- 40grams sultana bran
- 80grams wild berry lite yoghurt
- 20grams peanut butter ( no added salt )

POST work out meal - 67.1G protein - 42.2G carbs - 13.3G fats
- 1.5 scoop optimum nutrition whey ( IMMEDIATELY AFTER WORKOUT )
*drive home then start to prepare*
- 150 grams cous cous ( cooked )
- 150 grams Hoki fish fillet ( raw weight )
- 2 tsps. canola oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 5 g creatine
- 1 scoop BCAA
