Crock pot/slow cooker recipes any one?

Hello folks just wanted to see what some of you cook in the slow cooker etc that's good to freeze and reheat in the oven. (As have got some little take away metal containers that are good for freezing and sticking straight in the oven. )
 
Coon and sweet taters.

Parboil racoon in large pot with 2 cap fulls of white vinegar. Debone said coon stick it in crock pot add peeled and quartered sweet potatoes cover with water put on lid and cook on low all day. Drain any excess water and add bbq sauce of your choice then dig in. If done correctly it tastes better than pork bbq.
 
I make a simple one-pot meal with:

1 whole chicken (10lb)

4 potatoes cut into cubes

1 bag baby carrots

First I use a liner bag in the crockpot to make it easy to clean.

Put a bit of water in the bottom to reduce burning. Place chicken in the pot and rub with olive oil and then put parsley and paprika on top. Place chopped potatoes and the baby carrots around chicken. Set temp to low (8 hrs).

This way chicken is so tender it falls off the bone and is so juicy!
 
I dump a bunch of chicken thighs in with chicken stock and soy sauce, let em cook on high for 4 hrs and portion them out with rice and brocolli and dump some soy and a bit of honey and hot sauce on em. yum
 
This is a thread to be proud of. Only good things can come from this.

I know it's the wicked easy way out but pulled pork. If you dont have time for keeping an eye on the smoker it's a decent alternative. Same seasoning as you would on the smoker, obviously augment if you're a dry rub man.

Jon i folow your dietplan a bit but tweak it you know i use urs as a guideline.. Howmuch fats you getin bro?

I try to intake 2 gallon a day i weigh 180 roughly now had a flu lost a good 7 lbs from my test tren npp cycle and now i cruze on 200 test and will try your primo cycle i will beleibe in your clean diet consistency and low dose for best looks and feeling.

In the morning i take animal omega and animal pak, along 1cup of oatmeal mixxed with 2scoop of animal whey, and 1tbl spoon of coconut oil. I use 7 iu of apidra. Im diabetic.. Do you beleive i should only take in 20-30g of carbs each meals and not go to 60g ? I can only workout around 4-5pm and wake up at 7 so i roughly take in 3-4 meals but my pre workout meal 1h before is always 2 scoop of protein sludge mixed with 1cup oats and 1/2 tbl spoon coconut oil and i take 591ml gaterade with creatine intra. Along xtend bcaas
You can pm me if you wanna give me advice bro im more then willing to take it.. Im geing funds now paychek to paycheks so i can hire someone to guide me a bit with my diabetes, its hard craving candys and all when all your budys around you eat bags of candys all the time
