Here ya go @Ozzy619 And anybody else that might be interested in this place, my review of this gym.

The one I go to has 2 squat on racks, 4 benchs, 2 incline benches w/ spotter stand. Decline bench, and all the machines they have are hammer strength machines so there are more 45 plates than I can count. They also have some regular machines that have the flat plates.
I asked about grunting and dropping weights and they said, just don't yell or grunt so loud it's distracting. And put these mats down if you are going to drop weights. Which I thought was cool.
They have a boxing area, and an area upstairs for classes. The regular area cost $10 a month. And the upgraded membership that includes all classes for free is $20.

Cool, thanks for the review, not a bad topic of discussion. 10 bucks is cheap dude. I normally put mats down for DL anyways if not using bumper plates. The ones by my house are always packed. I work at a gym otherwise I would check that place out.

Sounds legit. Too bad I need day care (which my gym provides) or I'd switch over to the local PL gym here... still might, since it's only like $100/yr if you pay up front.

I forgot there is a day care there also. Not sure if it's part of the membership or not. I just seen the room with all the kids toys. I'm usually there at 4am so I haven't seen any kids lol
