Also forgot to mention that my calorie intake hasn’t been the best and also not getting the proper amount of sleep. I’ll get bloods drawn again in 4 weeks.

Are you taking any AI? You E2 is really low for that dosage, I do not see any good point about having it that low unless you are not taking any AI. Even when it is not an ultra-sensitive LC-MS test, so probably your real E2 is even a bit lower than that.

Yeah man it’s extremely low..I’m taking Arimidex .5mg every other day. But days prior to getting bloodwork i was getting a weird side effect(Tingly nips) they weren’t sensitive or anything like that but just to be on the safe side i upped the Arimidex to 1mg every day until i didn’t feel my nips tingle..It was a rookie mistake but now i’m paying the price because my joints are killing me.

I had tingly itchiw nips on my first cycle.. 500mg test a week.. I got a little nervous bit it went away luckily.. I'm not an expert but I think you should try to go with no ai until you feel sensitive nips again or bad acne or something.. estrogen is good.. but hopefully maybe someone has more experience can also give you some advice on e2 and ai dosing..

What works for me is .5mg adex per 200mg of test. So if I'm on 400mg I use 1mg adex a week. If I were u I'd get Nolvadex on hand incase of itchy nips and take it until u get bloods so u make sure u don't crash estrogen again bc I know that shit sucks.

Yeah i ordered pharma grade Nolvadex just in case something like that happens again.
