Currently paying $0.89 USD/IU for HGH - any better vendors?

I'm in Canada, and with my Chinese suppler, I'm paying $175 USD for 200 IUs of HGH, though I've recently seen on different forums that people are actually paying way less for it. Does anyone who receive their HGH in Canada have any good vendors? I've heard of one, but cannot find them on here.
