My pack is being processed through u.s customs as of yesterday ..how long should I wait before becoming worried as the status hasn't changed since it got there ?I thought this was a really quick process unless they find something for sure.
 
Things can be tied up in customs for days or weeks. You'll know when you either get the package or a confiscation notice.

Generally if it's held for more than about 12-18 hours I start to freak out. By day 2 I look like a meth tweaker who's been up for 7 days. If it's held for longer than 4 days I go postal and just start shooting bitches. Usually by day 5 the package arrives and I feel better.

The shortes 2 days ( business day)
The longest will be 8 business days for me .
So don't panic. All good.

Sometimes the track # will be update same day your package is deliver.

Give it a few days. 99 times out 100, everthing is beautiful.
 
Every time I've had something go to customs, it won't be updated for about a week or so. Then magically the next update is it arriving at local post office. Don't stress about the tracking, it's very sporadic with updates
 
Usps does log ip's though and that's no shit.

All the designer drug fucks are making it harder for us to get our gear.
 
I have had a pack stay with the "gate keepers" for two weeks on two occasions. I tripped each time. It's all a crap shoot and Big Paul is right, be easy on checking on the pack, it's an easy way to get it flagged, especially if its coming from a known suspect country like Moldova, Thialand, and the middle east.

Besides that, what use is It? You should have cleaned house any way before hand. Nothing good can come from checking tracking.

Oh shit I had no idea that could get it flagged I've been checking it a lot ..fuck
