Cutter question

Someone asked me what they could use EQ with for a ''look good for summer cutter'' cycle. They don't want any test in the cycle cos they get quite bad acne. Any suggestions (include pct)?

I have heard of high eq cycles. I have always used test with my eq and been quite pleased.
