Hey bro's so I recently decided to drop some weight and see if I can get my six pack showing, my current stats are: 6'1" 210lbs 17% BF
I dont have much experiance cutting so I need alittle help on what my diet should consist of since im used to just eating alot of everything for bulking.
Just started taking clen and endo's T5 along with carlito's Targex on my abs, I will also soon be starting a cycle of Test base and tren base (endo's) to help maintain muscle and hopefully build some while dropping the fat.
 
Everyone does this differently, as long as you reduce calories, you'll lose.

Personally, I eat a LOT of veg (~2lb/day), other carbs only around workouts (apart from a few g here and there), and~25% fat. That includes breakfast - I eat a protein/fat meal rather than have carbs, unless I lift in the morning.

I don't avoid any cuts of meat, just trim the excess fat and count the calories.

I do avoid drinking any calories - no protein shakes (PWO I just eat oats+whey or a complex carb-protein meal), no juce, no milk (a bit of carb countdown in coffee and tea).
 
I myself respond to the lower carbs when dieting better than not using the lower carbs.

To me I dont get as hungry when I do low carb dieting.
I myself add fat and dont trim anything as fat is my prefrence for fuel instead of carbs.

When I stalled on the diet I slowly added in some low GI carbs like apple, berries, radishes, asparagus, broccoli, etc.
When dieting my last meal is just fat and protein.

I dont think taking thyroid meds without gear is a good idea, you will tend to go catabolic.

Eat every 2-3 hours, smaller meals, drink lots of water, eat within 30 minutes apon awakening.
My last meal is 6:00 and I go to bed around 9:00-9:30
 
Well, when I diet I stick to mostly protein, I also add fish oils in there for fat (fuel), I eat stuff like berries, apples, tomato, asparagus, broccoli, rasishes, some oatmeal, green beans, bell peppers, cellery and stuff like that.
I eat a little carb with each protein meal.
I eat every 2 hours and it is a small meal but every 2 hours.

I dont eat any sugar, pasta, rice, bread, cereals, juices, banana's, when I am dieting.

You can snack on stuff like nuts or seeds, almonds are my favorite but have to watch it as I tend to go crazy on those Blue Diamond ones :D

I think if you keep the meals smaller with a protein, fat and some carbs you will be alright and not really hungry.

I do eat eggs at night for my last meal, no carbs for me.
 
How about milk? I do mix my morning and bedtime protien shakes with milk

Also I just got 2 gallons of liquid egg whites so ill be eating those alot, I figured its the easiest way to go.
