hi i need to lose around 40lbs of fat and i badly need u guys help. i need ur help on a routine.
At the moment iv started cycling, is this sufficient or shall i run, i dont run because its bad on my joints. anyway i want to start lifting aswell but i dont no waht to do. i never done a cutting cycle before. shall i run and lift on the same day? what type of lifting excercises do i need to do to cut up, do i lift heavy or light?. i am 6ft 220lbs.
please can someone lay me out exactly what to do, i am very desperate and stressed (my girl left me blatantly because of how fat iv become)
