cutting please help

hi i need to lose around 40lbs of fat and i badly need u guys help. i need ur help on a routine.

At the moment iv started cycling, is this sufficient or shall i run, i dont run because its bad on my joints. anyway i want to start lifting aswell but i dont no waht to do. i never done a cutting cycle before. shall i run and lift on the same day? what type of lifting excercises do i need to do to cut up, do i lift heavy or light?. i am 6ft 220lbs.

please can someone lay me out exactly what to do, i am very desperate and stressed (my girl left me blatantly because of how fat iv become)

Any help will be much appreciated i heard u guys r pros thats why i decided to post on here. thanks alot

and also if any of u guys need any software cracks, videos, games, etc or anything just let me no iv got all the links. thats my profession.

OK......i can help here....for starters clean up your diet. I would take in like 300g of protein a day (50 g six meals a day.....2-3 hours apart), maybe 150g of carbs (sweet poatoes, loads of mixed veggies, plain oats as well)

protein sources, chicken breasts, egg whites, tuna in water, good protein drink (low carb)......last meal of the day....protein shake with two tbsp. of peanut butter,,,,,you need some fat.


WATER WATER WATER WATER/.....Did i say water? at least 2 gallons.....
diet cokes, no regular soft drinks,


Gear...i would get some clen, t-3, and maybe some winny......or EQ.....

I can help you there bro......i am approved by IP to be a remailer and have everything you need for a cycle and reasonably priced.....


Cardio.....first thing in the AM on an empty stomach.....build up to 45- 60 mins
six days a week

chest, back, legs, shoulders and traps, arms.....sat sun off weights......

Ok, let's not try and plug ourselves too hard, eh? I mean, we all know that a guy who is only considering starting to lift weights needs to get on the sauce. Shit, everyone knows that you can't make gains without gear, duh.

Bio- thanks for picking that up. When he said he was cycling, I thought he meant he was on gear. And then he followed it with, "I might start running and lifitng weights" and I almost went off. Good job of saving my ass on some embarassment issues.

I'm going to have to disagree with your suggestion of building up lactic acid to increase GH. The increase is so fucking minimal that it means shit. That's about all I have to say. Oh way, I think cycling is better than jogging. Cycling will build the quadriceps while jogging will just make you tired and bored.

Thanks alot guys i now no basically what to do, oh yeh one more question about glutamine , is there a specfic type which is good or r they all the same. iv got glutamine 500mg tablets from holland and barrett r these good. And any tips on how u guys stay motivated all year round.

Damn, if my GF left me and told me it was because I got fat, I would be eating DNP like popcorn, running on the treadmill in my gym and chanting "Must make clean! Fat make dirty! Mark IS DIRTY!"

No I'm not. I was talking about this fellow's particular girlfriend. After giving him such shit for gaining some weight, she'd better hope her shit don't stink. Cunt.

My girlfriend did put on probably 10lbs, but she's in the process of losing it. Well, she'd better because I'm leaning out and it always makes me feel like finding someone newer and hotter.

I put weight on when in a relationship always, its a bad habit I gotta fight next time. for some reason I just stop caring, when me and my ex broke up I was motivated to lose all the weight and did, feels nice to have chicks hit on me again. bottom line andy, cardio and eat healthy, no fast food either. it is the devil. If you need specific help email me, ive been there and i know what to do to lose it. lifting weights is not necessary to lose weights but i recommend it because it will boost your energy and make you feel better about yourself.

hey, thanks guys for the response. anyway i figure thats how chicks r when u become ugly they dont want to no u. Especially my girl she was proper fit and she new she could do better. i saw her the other day with some other bloke, and he was built like a tank, so i figured that it was definately to do with my weight. fuck her anyway ill get over it theres plenty more out there , what u reckon guys?.
 
listen andy, she either broke up with you because of the weight, then she is shallow and you dont want to be with her anyway, or 2, she broke up with you for something she did and wants to put the blame on you. trust me, all girls do that, well not all but in my experiences anyway. so how is the dieting anyway? PM bro if ya want, i got some good diet tips. also, that low carb stuff works great IMO. brighter days are ahead bro.
