Cutting Routine Critique

I am just about to finish up my 10th week bulking and I have decided it is time to begin my summer cut. I have been following the 5x5 faithfully and have gained about 25 lbs. (yes, I reached my coveted 225 mark). The problem is that I need to throw in cardio at the end of my workout now, but with the 5x5 taking me over an hour to complete every M,W,F; I just won't have the time. I've designed my own little routine and want to make sure it will still promote muscle growth/maintainence while cutting. So critique away!!!

Monday: DB Inclines, Rows, Flat DB Flies + 30 min. jog/run
Tuesday: DB Declines, Lat Pulldowns, Squats + 30 min steady state erg (rowing)
Wednesday: Preacher curls, Chins, Deadlifts + 15 min Run + 15 min. Ab Routine
Thursday: Squats, Cleans, DB Military Press + 30 min. jog/run
Friday OR Saturday: 45 min. jog/run + Ab Routine
Friday OR Saturday: OFF
Sunday: OFF

I would like to know a couple things . . .#1 how's it sound for cutting when mixed with a low carb diet? #2 Would this routine also be a good alternative to the M,W,F 5x5 for when I bulk up again?

Thanks a lot guys!!!!

Why do cardio at the end? Why do you insist upon that? If time is a factor, then I suggest you wake up 30 minutes early and do it then. Wouldn't that be easier?

Also, if you can do it, that's great, but why put squats and deads last in the workout? Personally, I like/need to do them when I'm fresh.

I can't do cardio in the morning b/c I have to be at work a half hour away at 8am every day and I am not a morning person to begin with, so for me its more convenient to add it on the end. Also, since cardio puts mostly stress on my lower back and legs, I don't plan on going very heavy on deads and squats . . .originally I wasn't going to do them at all . . .but I decided to throw them in there so placement in the week for those workouts wasn't really important to me. You're right though that those would have to be rearranged if i used this type of routine to bulk up again, because I'd be tired by the end of the week, but for this phase, it's not really a concern of mine.

MORE CRITIQUES!!!

Thanks

It may just be semantics, but you don't mean you "can't" do cardio in the morning. You mean you "won't" do cardio in the morning.

Yea, but is that okay or will it be less effective? And w/o the cardio and with the squats and deads at the beginning of the week is it a good bulking routine?

Hey . . .I have an idea!!

How bout somebody critiques this routine instead of just reading it?

I need the assurance!!! I'm a very nervous person . . .lol

BUMP!!
