Hi all, ive noticed since not being able to train, my stomach has built up a lot of what i believe to be "Viscerel fat" and quite a lot of it, its uncomfortable and is just going to feel even worse during a bulk.
even though im back to only a featherweight 165lbs, im thinking im now going to have to do a cut first to get rid of it, ive never done a cut before, not going to be using gear and muscle loss aint really a problem as ive lost most if not all i gained before i stopped working out.
i already know what my diet plan for it will/should be, just need help with a workout program. you guys think i should still bulk or cut first?
